Senior Art Director
Creative Project Manager, Design Operation Director
My life's motto is to become 'Someone who can feed many people.' Through the projects that I join and my role, I aim to foster growth in those I work with and make their lives wealthier.
As an Art Director, I uphold the motto by leading design projects, ensuring a creative, clear vision, staying within budget and timelines, and boosting sales. It will help the company thrive and the individuals involved in these projects experience personal growth. I find happiness in collaborating, mentoring teams, solving problems, managing projects and operating systems, and improving efficiency and productivity.
In the future, I want to create and lead more extensive projects where more people can participate and grow together, regardless of the field.
Creative Philosophy:
Authentic creativity stems from understanding and empathizing with others.

Artistic Background
As a child, I discovered the joy of drawing, letting me escape into my creative world. As I grew older, I expanded my creative pursuits, crafting mini universes in miniature form and bringing unique characters to life through cartoons. In high school, I became a pro at my craft and even founded Busan City's first-ever Miniature Contest alongside my two buddies, a milestone achievement for my artistic world.
However, as my thirst for deeper creative expression grew, I decided to pursue a fine arts major in university. I immersed myself in painting, sculpture, and video installations there. I even took a double major in Digital Animation to enhance my skills in dynamic visuals.
I participated in numerous exhibitions throughout the university, showcasing my works and nurturing my artistic growth. Upon graduation, I was honored to be recognized as one of Korea's Top Five Young Artists as a video artist, reaffirming my commitment to a life of creativity.

Filmmaking Background
While in University, I created artistic experimental videos as part of my video art, which caught the attention of several film festivals. To further develop my skills, I studied film in New York and directed a short film, <The Reply Letter>, which won the Best Short Film Award at the New York International Film Festival. This recognition validated my storytelling abilities.
In 2011, I transitioned from directing to producing. I organized a shoot for a Korean drama in New York, kickstarting my journey as a producer. Over the next decade, I worked on 32 TV shows and documentaries. Notably, I produced live shows for the K-pop group <BTS>'s new album launching in 2019 and 2020.
As a producer, I greatly enjoyed the producing's detailed planning, team building, and budgeting aspects. I was trained in quick problem-solving, meeting deadlines, and overseeing the bigger picture while ensuring a smooth workflow for artists on set. These experiences have provided me with valuable skills in my current position as a senior art director.
